This same kind of incident with Brugger's is happens to me at least the 3rd time. The previous 2 incidences took more than 10 days to resolve, and this current one is at day 20, or 15 business days after the initial request.

All I need is to load a $100 eGift Card I purchased into my Brugger's mobile app.

Since the mobile stopped the functionality to let us load the card ourselves, we need to contact their customer service to do it.

After sending 5 requests in 20 days, no one even bother to reply.

The initial request was sent 10/31, followed by 11/11, 11/13, 11/17, and then 11/20. I also sent a complaint at 11/17.

So, I found myself with a whole bunch of gift cards that I couldn't use because I waited too long. I mean, who knew you had to use those things right away? Anyway, I was pretty bummed out until I stumbled upon Gift Card Granny.
