I was told the package had lots of fountains. It didn't. Most TNT fireworks were one bang and done. Don't buy TNT fireworks. Big rip off.

I was told that the package had a bunch of fountains, but it turned out that it didn't. Most of the TNT fireworks were just a single bang and then it was over. I wouldn't recommend buying TNT fireworks, as they are a big rip off.

Horrible product. If I had known that all of this box of "fireworks" were JUST gonna consist of SMOKE, I would never have bought them. There wasn't any "fireworks," just light it and a bunch of disgusting smelling, annoying smoke comes from each box. I don't think it was properly advertised on the package either, especially cause I'm not one to buy these usually. Sincerely, INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED.

I had a really bad experience with a TNT store. They charged me $642 twice, and I only found out because my bank sent me a notification. I went back to the store and told a cashier what happened. They said it had happened multiple times that day. The manager came out and took my number, promising to handle it in a couple of days. I trusted them and thought it would be resolved. But it's been a week now, and I haven't received any calls. It seems like nobody is answering the phones at the store after the 4th of July. When I called TNT customer service, they told me it would take 8-10 weeks to get my money back. Can you believe that? Most stores give refunds right away, but not here! Mistakes happen, but how you handle them is important. But instead, there's been no call back, and nobody is responding to the voicemails I left at the Leeds, AL superstore. They left my account empty during the 4th of July weekend. We had planned our trip with enough money, but now everything has changed. And they have the audacity to tell us it will take 8-10 weeks to get our money back? It's just unbelievable!

We bought fireworks from TNT Fireworks. Lots of them were duds, and their website says they'll give our money back if we ask for a refund. But they haven't given us our money back. We got the fireworks for the July 4th holiday, but many of them didn't work, they were duds. The website and receipts clearly say they have a 'no dud guarantee'. We followed the instructions to ask for a refund and waited 3-6 weeks for it to be processed. But it's been almost 3 months now and we haven't heard anything. I've called many times, left messages, and sent emails, but I haven't gotten a call or email back.

I got sum fireworks for the 4th of July that had a warranty in case they didn't all work, I could get my money back. But guess what? They didn't work and I didn't get no refund. I bought 'em on July 4. The package said if any of 'em didn't work, I'd get my money back. But one of 'em was a dud. So I reached out to the company and they wanted a receipt and a pic of the firework that didn't go off. I sent 'em right away, but they never got back to me. Once I gave 'em all the info they asked for, they just ignored my emails and never called me back.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with TNT Fireworks. I contacted them in June about some faulty fireworks and their "No Dud" refund guarantee. I gave them all the information they asked for, but when I followed up with an email for an update, I didn't hear back. I understand that COVID-19 has affected businesses, so I waited a few months, but still couldn't get in touch with them and didn't receive any response before my requests. I'm writing this complaint in the hope that something will be done. I have proof of the email I sent, as well as proof of purchase, boxes, and so on. I'm asking for a refund of $40.00+ due to the lack of customer service and the inconveniences caused.

The company got a "no dud" guarantee. I did all the right paperwork, was told I'd get a refund, and nothing has been sent. I bought fireworks for the 4th of July from TNT's Dania Beach spot. There were two big fireworks that didn't go off. TNT has a no dud guarantee. On July 5th, I emailed the needed pics, proof of purchase, and info to get a refund on the faulty stuff. As per the website, I was supposed to wait 6 weeks for a refund. I sent another email on August 21st to ask why I didn't get my refund. They finally replied on Oct. 2 saying the refund was processed. They said they'd send it again. On Oct 29, I sent another email but got no response from TNT. They don't have a phone number listed and their emails aren't signed by anyone. I think they're just messing with me, hoping I'll give up and forget. I can show all the email convo if needed for Refund Case #XXXXXXX.

Fireworks Scam, I already emailed TNT Fireworks and I want my money back or else I'm taking legal action and putting this on every single news station. I've been buying from TNT fireworks since 2005, and I didn't take apart my first cake until 2013. Not knowing I've been getting scammed for all these 15 years. I know that because back in 2013 one of your cakes was a dud and I decided to take it apart. Then I found that the cake only has 200 grams of powder even though it's labeled big in 500 grams. I mean, like what the ***? I've spent so much money just to know I've been getting scammed and ripped off. I know for a fact that the buy one get one free deal is false advertising and I'm able to sue you guys for "misusing the word free". I remember lots of your products being $25 and then whenever you announced the "buy one get one free" you guys doubled the prices of the fireworks so people would be forced to buy two. I know your scams and I know your firework demos like the red devils don't actually use raw sound from the fireworks, you use filters on the sound to make it a lot more amplified and louder. I talked to a lawyer and he said I can sue you guys for a lot of money for scamming people for all these years. I even have video evidence of your cakes not having the proper load in them. They're all unlisted but if I don't get money or anything back of my liking I'm going to make them public, making sure everyone knows about your scams, the news press, etc. ABC has their own channel on investigations for these types of scams and I know with the amount of people buying fireworks in the next month that it'll drive all your business down. So I would like a reasonable amount of money back that we can negotiate with or else I'm taking legal action with my lawyer and with these types of cases, it doesn't matter how good of a lawyer you have. You're going to lose business either way, your lawyers are going to cost a lot of money and you could be most likely losing a lot of money. Now I don't want to sue because I'm not that type of person but I want money back for everything that you guys scammed me for. So forward this to somebody. Here are the links to my videos. I'll be buying more product too and making sure I have at least 20 of your products as evidence saying you guys don't put the maximum load in any of your cakes. It literally says in big font "MAXIMUM CHARGE" "MAXIMUM POWDER ALLOWED BY LAW" "500 GRAMS". But if we settle a negotiation I'll keep all this private. Thank you. My lawyer is happy to continue this within the next week. Once I get what I need, I will sign a contract from you guys saying "I won't sue and I won't share any information about this to the public and I won't put this on any news stations".
