I had sent some cargo to india from qatar through goodwill cargo, upon reciving the items most of the glass items were damaged, I had specifically informed them regarding the glass items, after the damage I contacted them but they are not responding, the agent delivered their cargo in india was handling it very badly, there was only one to deload boxes weighing around 50 kg
Delivery of Air Cargo
I booked a cargo of General household Items through GOODWILL Cargo Service DOHA Office about 1 1/2 month ago. At the time of booking they said that it will reach within 4-5 weeks and the maximum of 35-40 Days. But after 1 1/2 month when I made inquiry about the delivery, they says that the cargo is in still in Mumbai India now and Customer clearance will be done in another week. The manager and staff are really very rude and does not call back. iam making international calls from India and they are not answering the call.
When i did surged on internet about GOODWILL cargo in Qatar, I found a lot of people being complaining about their services and described them as the WORST CARGO AGENCY OF QATAR. It was my mistake that I chose them for the reason that they are near to my accommodation here in Doha.
So I request the expatriates in Qatar not to chose the GOODWILL cargo any more for your valuables to home.

Dear All, I am writing this review for the benefit of everyone who is planning to send Cargo through Goodwill Cargo. Please guys note, this company is not trustworthy their main goal is to cheat the customer, I sent my cargo to India 6 months ago still I haven't received my stuff. Kept on calling customer care, but of no use, Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Ismail utterly useless, they don't have any knowledge to handle customers, moreover Mr. Nikhil is blaming me saying that I have Submitted fake details. They charge for Air cargo, and send it ship. Please don't ever go to their advertisement. I'm telling you all it's totally cheating. I don't have any hopes that I will get my Cargo. I have lodged a case against company in MOCI. Hoping that I will get justice. Finally friends never ever choose Goodwill Cargo.
