Good Ranchers review: Meat was not frozen and watm

my packaged arrived late approximately by two days according to the first estimate when it arrived, there was absolutely no dry ice. The meat and chicken was 100% thawed out and it was actually warm and edible. I couldn’t. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs. I contacted the company for a refund. They wanted to know if I wanted them to resend it. I said no because I didn’t see where the experience would be any different. I had to keep the product in my freezer until it was trash day, so I could put it out then when I asked for a refund, they refunded me less shipping so I got to pay for something that was a mistake by them very poor customer service.
