Natura Market is an amazing company, I can't get enough of their products. They offer a variety of items that I can't seem to find anywhere else. I have a lot of issues with food, and it can be so difficult to find the specialty ingredients that I need. You know, I eat paleo, but like more than just the basic stuff. I'm actually AIP (auto-immune paleo). So you can imagine how frustrating it is to find treats and some ingredients that fit with my diet. But with Natura Market, I don't have to worry. They stock all of the ingredients and great brands that I want. And as if that's not enough, they also have snacks that I can actually eat! How awesome is that?

Their customer service is top notch too! Trust me, I've dealt with some pretty unhelpful and rude people in the customer service industry before. But Natura Market's team is amazing! They're always there to help, and they're super friendly too! It's not just about providing quality products, it's about the experience as well. And I can definitely say that I've had a great experience with Natura Market.

However, I did have one rather unfortunate experience with their customer service. I ordered a product that was priced at $25.99, but it was not included in my delivery package. I tried to contact their customer service team, but unfortunately they were not very helpful. Since it had been more than 24 hours past when the delivery was made, their team could not return or send me the missing product. The worst part was I wasn't even able to open the package within the allotted timeframe. This unfortunately impacted my view of the company and I am not sure I will go back to ordering from them anytime soon.

Anyway, it's been a good month since I started dealing with these guys and I still haven't seen that refund yet. Needless to say, I won't be using Natura Market again anytime soon. This whole ordeal was a real pain in the neck, and I just don't think that it's worth it to deal with all of this nonsense just to get some grocery shopping done.
