I have purchased online from spareto.com and they have messed up my shipment and send me wrong part.

Until now been 3 weeks they are ignoring the return and refusing to refund neither sending a waybill shipment number for the return

I have proofs and emails.

He insisted to send another order but i rejected as I want a full refund as per their policy.

Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with Spareto.com. I live in Accra-Ghana and I recently purchased a wheel bearing kit for my Mercedes Benz B150 from their website on Thursday, April 4th, 2019.

To my surprise, Spareto confirmed that they received my payment the very next day. I was impressed with how fast they were able to process my order. On Monday of this week, I received an email from them letting me know that my item was prepared and ready to be shipped. The following day, my item was shipped out.
