Good Chop review: Overcharged many times

The first box I got had some wonderful steaks. So I decided to keep ordering. I'd picked some of the premium cuts, and was charged accordingly. The steaks weren't as wonderful, but not too bad, so I kept going. Then they started charging me $33.98 for premium extras even though I'd picked two at 6.99 (which should have been $13.98). When I contacted customer service, I could only do it through chat. After an hour chatting and sending screen prints of my overcharges to an email address, they agreed that Yes, I was overcharged. And I could request a refund from customer service. Well, that's who I was chatting with! It happened a total of FIVE times that they overcharged me. That's $100! And each time I get my steaks they're more gristle than anything. Not even worth the original price, much less that extra they're charging me!
