Good Chop review: Packaging

I just received my first order from Good Chop. Upon opening I found a wadded up plastic bag that according to the words on the bag, was supposed to contain dry ice. NO DRY ICE. I did call and the agent said it was most likely a packaging error. That doesn't instill a lot of confidence in Good Chop. The meat appears to be ok, I certainly hope so. If I choose to place a second error, I expect it to be packaged properly to withstand any temp.
