So, I recently used Grabull to order some food and I gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. I placed my order during a busy time of day and I knew it might take a while to arrive. But after an hour had passed, I started getting antsy. I wanted to know where my food was and if it was on its way.

I tried to find a way to track my order, but all I had was the email confirmation they had sent me. I couldn't find any information about the driver or where my food was. I was getting frustrated and hungry.

Finally, I decided to go outside and check my porch. And there it was, my food, sitting on my porch and already cold. The driver had dropped it off without knocking or calling or texting me to let me know it was there. I was not happy at all.
