Firstly calling Good Chop in New York? gets you through to overseas (suspect Philippines) call center where the staff are particularly Unhelpful!
I have had two shipments where fortunately the contents were okay but NO dry ice was visible.
Turns out we are now VERY unhappy with their billing department but no amount of calling to the Philippines gets the problem resolved.
We have closed our account and won't buy from them again.

Recommendation: Be very wary as there is NO customer SERVICE!
