I purchased a medium size box from Good Chop. I was charged the correct amount and then a additional charge was added with out my knowledge. I called Good Chop customer service and was told it would be more money for the Filets I ordered. This order was done and they added more charges after the order was completed. This was for sure a bait and switch trying to add additional charges when not even contacted by phone or email.
These people are not worth dealing with and being my first order was more than just a additional charge, it was the worst way for a new customer to get screwed by a company that does not do business properly.
