Golden Arrow Bus Services [GABS] review: Golden arrow busses not coming out

Good morning...I am a very unhappy passenger of Golden Arrow, your service delivery is getting worst by the day and it is unacceptable. For the last two weeks we are getting home late waiting for the 18h20 bus from Durbanville to Scottsdene. We are mostly woman and we are almost a bus full of people, the bus is coming 19h00 or passed 7 it is dangerous for us woman to wait in the dark for the bus. Last night we made several calls and never can we get answers so we dont know why you have a tall free number when nobody ever have answers or can give the phone to someone who can. Half passed 7 last night we were still waiting with no money to get home because we have tickets. It is very frustrating to knoww that you have paid for a ticket and the bus dont even come and i cannot even say how many times this has happened. We had to borrow money just to get home and almost half past 8 while we all have tickets. So disappointed in your service delivery and i have been using you services for years now.
