I called the main number, I sent emails to consultants, I called a few different "consultant" numbers. All to no avail. I am seriously questioning the validity of this company. They have a snappy recording to bore you to tears with but never picked up the phone after a computerized voice tells me the wait time is six seconds. I went to the web site to complain and find out what the problem may be, again to no avail. Click on "contact us" and you come up...again...empty handed. I almost gave my credit card info for a spontaneous order a few nights ago. I am so glad I decided not to! This company, if it even really exists...needs a lot of work and some serious consultants that don't have their kids answering the phones. I was looking for a closer alternative to PartyLite...but after this experience..I shall stay with PartyLite. Not only are the consultants willing to bend over backwards to help you, their prices are MUCH better.

    I ordered candles and pods on 11-13-19, received pods and 2 candles, never received my other 2 candles, on hold for 2 hours 3 times, no one ever answered, i just want my 58.00 back which my card was charged, VERY POOR customer service, last time will ever order, sad, I loved their candles
