Dec 2nd at 8 PM. We traveled 0.2 miles, and the cost for 2 people was $140.67. This seems high to me. We needed a ride to the Emergency room at Halifax Hospital, which is a small hospital located only 0.2 miles from our residence. Is there a price list? We did not use the service on the way back because our son-in-law picked us up. We did not kniw our son-in-law would meet us at the hospital

No transparancy. Hidden fees. Deceptive reps. Too costly.
Sum it up like this. Signed up for this ride service. Wasn't told it was a recurring mnthly fee. Wasn't told about a $1 transaction fee for EVERY transaction. Claim fees are refunded; they aren't. Last nigh I spent almost 30 minutes waiting alone at an airport after nearly 24 hours of travel.
