No transparancy. Hidden fees. Deceptive reps. Too costly.

Sum it up like this. Signed up for this ride service. Wasn't told it was a recurring mnthly fee. Wasn't told about a $1 transaction fee for EVERY transaction. Claim fees are refunded; they aren't. They charge by the minute & miles. Then more "fees" and charges occur. The drivers aren't properly vetted. The dispatchers don't contact the drivers until the...

I cannot recommend this service. They left me waiting a numv=ber of times while they try to understand the request. Last nigh I spent almost 30 minutes waiting alone at an airport after nearly 24 hours of travel.
