I had an appointment to see the surgeon on July 26, so I needed a wheelchair accessible van to get there. I had to subscribe to this service in the amount of $29.99 which I was told would be funded if I unsubscribed within 30-days.

The service was terrible, so I requested a refund of $29.99 which I have not yet received. I was told it would take 10-15 business days.

I would not recommend this service to my worse enemy.

Please look into this matter for me.

Do Not use this company, it is total scam. It is impossible to use to schedule ONE ride, you must sign up for an entire package with costs $245.00, then you are told "no Worries" you have 7 days to cancel so you will not have to pay for the $245.00 package. When you attempt to cancel, they will tell you that you have exceeded the time limit to cancel! Obviously they are operating on a different time other than EASTERN STANDARD TIME> Get the word out so that this company cannot SCAM others.
