I told them I just want a taxi ride to Rush Hospital Oak Park, they too my credit card and signed me up for a membership which I told them just Taxi service NO membership, well they signed me up and charges me $20. extra on my charge card plus $43.92 for taxi
When I talked to the manager he just repeated that I signed up for that and I told them they were listed under taxi service
gogograndparent.com is just a rip off for old people they just charge things where you want them or not.
I would like to make sure they do not charge anything else to my card

Claimed loss: $20. membership fee which they sign you up for when you say NO

Desired outcome: Get the membership cancelled and refund to my card
