the bed is paid off the only thing I wanted was the rails that hold the bed up broke I do not want nothing free I want to pay for the rails and it is hard work to get threw them they want invoice number witch I do not have but I did contact there people who I finance with I gave the that invoice number but its never enough can you help me I just want to order the rails that hold the bed up thank you for your time and help the company I brought bed gogo furniture brooklyn new york
all I want is to get the parts to the bed and I am disturb because if I owed them it would be different the bed is payed off and look how you get treated the sad part I want to pay for the parts not looking for nothing free and you get the run around
No Delivery
I ordered a piece of furniture online from their website. When I called them they told me it would take a week to deliver. It has been a month, and they are still giving me the run-around. They keep moving the delivery forward and refuse to call me. Don't waste your time or money with these crooks!

I just saw FrancisFlete@hotmail.com's story or the identical one on ABC 11 PM news. ABC got the person whose bedroom set fell apart their check that was ordered to be paid by a judge but hadn't been. Congrats FF if that was you and WTG ABC! I had a similar situation but with medical equipment to try to keep me from going into premature labor. Roseann Coletti was with CBS at that time and they took care of it as best as possible along with Senator Lautenber (NJ) 21 years ago. I never got the medical device but ALL women after me did. I went to the hospital each time premature contractions began instead but you don't always feel them. Thankfully I did as I lost my first son to a premature delivery 10 years before. Don't hesitate asking the media or your senators, congress people for help. They're good at it.
I ordered a Bedroom Set online from their website. went I got the Bedroom sets fell apart. I sued then because what he sell me it was fake. it was different what his description said on the website and he refused to pay my money back after I wining the case

The company misrepresents the products it sells. Stating their products are genuine leather. The furniture they sell is nice Fake leather. The company is a dishonest business ripping unsuspected customers off. They finance low income people in hope that no one will complain. The manufacturer American Eagle Furniture Trumbull NJ is producing this Leather Material but will not put in writing that it is GENUINE LEATHER.
If you have been ripped off by GoGo Furniture take them to court. They also go by the name Universal Furniture.
If you have purchased one of these imitation leather sofas with the intention it was Genuine leather like advertised you could get all your money back. You can also stop making any payments and let the company take you to court. The material they are using I believe is called BI CAST Leather. It is not GENUINE LEATHER BUT A CHEAP VINYL MIX. If you have purchased this from a store within 100 miles of where you live immediately dispute the charge with your credit card company. The law protects you and the credit card company MUST credit you the money back. Do not let them tell you anything otherwise.
