This company, G Plans, is a total scam! They lure you in with promises of a "GREAT DEAL" that you must sign up for within five minutes, but they don't let you see the details of the plan. I knew it wouldn't work for me once I was fully in, but it was too late. I had originally signed up for the base plan, which cost $39.99, but then they added an annual plan for a "SUPER GREAT DEAL!" The terms and conditions won't let you get refunded for the annual plan, but they do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the base plan.

So, I was charged for both the base and the annual plans. When I went to get a refund, they refused to give me a refund for the annual plan, which was clearly stated in the terms and conditions. But, they also refused to give me a refund for the base plan, which they promised I could get a refund for. This company is a total scam! They take your money and have no remorse. Don't do it! Seriously, they are only out for your money and don't care one bit about you. Don't fall for their tricks!

I have tried twice now to cancel this subscription and every time I get charged AGAIN. I tried it through the settings which informed me that as I subscribed to a "Pro" plan I can not cancel and have to contact the customer centre...living in South Africa this we cost even more than the atrocious amounts of unauthorised transactions on my card. Tried the "bot" route and got an e-mail to say I am still subscribed for "free" but will then be charged again. CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND ME AND PLEASE SHUT DOWN THIS ATROCIOUS company.

I cannot believe that this deceitful company has not been shut down yet. If this company operated like this in South Africa their doors would be closed by now if you see the amount of complaints.

MOST DECEITFUL I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! They have the sneakiest ways to have you sign up for plans and items you have no clue you are dining up for. It’s not until you get charged on your credit card that you realize they deceived you with the adds. Yes they hold to their terms and conditions, but the way way the trick you into these terms and conditions should be and maybe are criminal. If they were not so horrible then they would not have had their accreditation from the BBB REVOKED! They would not have hundreds maybe thousands of complaints. Ok, my situation is I signed up for the 39.99 per month with a money back guarantee if not satisfied. I also signed up for an offer that was clearly stated you get one weeks worth of meals, free all you need to do is pay $10.99 for shipping and handling. I thought this sounded great. I would try the meals and if I liked them maybe I would get them every once in a while. Well I got my shipment. My card was charged for 1099, but then a few days later, I noticed my card was charged for 74.94. That’s when I decided I wanted to cancel because this was very sneaky of them. I’m trying to still find anywhere online that says that I committed to four weeks of meals at 74.94 per week. There’s absolutely no way I would have signed up for this knowingly After trying to call with no answer they suggested I do the chat because they can usually get back within two hours. I waited well over a week before I heard anything. I still can’t get a hold of anybody on the phone and it’s been over two weeks. I’ve contacted my credit card company, I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and now I will be looking into a class action lawsuit for all these false advertising. They tell you to cancel all you need to do is go to the app and cancel but when you try to do that they say no with your plan you need to call and cancel when you call there is never anybody to answer your phone or your email you don’t get an email back until after you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You try to comment on their Facebook page or Instagram page to warn future customers that they are scammers, but they block you and if you want to verify my account G. plans, you can talk to Alberto who I am waiting to hear back from on an email so he can tell me where I can find these terms and conditions of the meal plan that I signed up for. I am not saying I didn’t sign up for them. I am saying I signed up for them, not knowingly and through very deceptive advertising and what’s really funny is I found this as part of their advertisement. I will copy and paste below.

I signed up for a subscription because it was advertised as only being $39.99 per month. I was charged the $39.99 but then I was also charged $147.99 but not told as to why and for what. Also my account says it is going to be $176 per month for a “pro” account which I did not sign up for. I have tried to cancel my account all day but it still shows as active. I just want my account to be cancelled and refunded for the $147.99 that I was charged without my knowledge.

Purchased the service 5/2/23 with an advertised one time fee of $39 dollars that is 100% refundable as stated in the advertisement. The company has misleading options upon checkout? or in the app? that get you to switch to a subscription that they claim their small print explains that it is non-refundable. In addition they charged me a whole years worth for the plan although I had not authorized that. Their charges are misleading, I used the app one time to explore my purchase and ended up subscribed for a meal plan that I do not want. They can't even explain to me what they are providing to me for the fees they have charged. Now they have transitioned me to the "free" plan but have not refunded any fees. leah.[protected]@g-plans.intercom-mail.com and kendra.[protected]@g-plans.intercom-mail.com are the email addresses I have been communicating with.

Had the plan less than a week, want a refund of $226.00 and cancelation of services.

I don't get my refund by Friday, I have already put a complaint in with the BBB and my lawyer, next will be attorney general of the state of Ohio, and the federal government.

G-plan is a rip off! This has been the dumbest thing I have ever done in my life. I paid in March 22, 2023 for the annual plan and wanted to cancel instantly. I canceled online, told me I was going to get a refund and until now I cannot. I tried calling, messaging on the app and even IG. They confirmed via chat that they were going to issue a refund and it’s been over one month and no refund. I’m so mad at them for ripping people off. They prey on vulnerable folks. I really hope someone does something about them.

I signed up a long time ago, and instantly realized that it is not what I wanted. I asked for cancellation and they told me how to cancel it via App subscription on my phone. I did. I kept seeing charges.. and looked up again, with tiny fonts, it says that cancelling app subscription is not canceling the account. I found out more and went on the website and found tiny area to cancel. I went in and it says I have to call. So I called for weeks, and there is not one time that they picked up. I emailed, called.. nothing. This company has got to stop. Such unethical and unprofessional business. Stop this.

Trying to cancel my account which was guaranteed to me as soon as I created the account in the first place (cancel within 30 days get a full refund) and app says I need to speak to a representative to cancel but no one has answered by 14 plus calls over two days, no one has answered emails, or app chat service! I have also been charged with ADDITIONAL services I never signed up for (additional $80).

I signed up for a free 7 day trial and was still charged and is impossible to cancel the subscription. I haven't used it and don't intend to and I am unable to cancel. I was also told that I would have the option to cancel before the 7 days and I didn't get an email or any notification allowing me to cancel. I have also sent emails which have been ignored.

I purchased G-plans app but I don't use it. I decided that I want to cancel my account but it's not so easy. In the app it's said that I have Pro membership account and if I want to cancel my account I need to call to G-Plans support team to do that. But calling from EU to US is not cheap. I just want to cancel my account. I don't ask for refund or something else.

I decides to try it and then realized it wasn't what I expected.

I tried through every channel to get my subscription cancelled, as they don't advertirse this is a monthly charge, and I've been getting the runaround, the supposedly customer service line never goes through and you can't talk to a person, the emails haven't even gotten acknowledgement and the chat in which they say they'll reply within a day... there's never a reply.

I should’ve known better than to sign up for this program but I was willing to see what it’s all about. I went with the $39/month Pro Plan. Once you see the recipes, you start to realize they’re basically recipes you can pull online. I was hoping it would provide exercises or something more than just recipes and then processing just eating these foods and maybe 5k steps a day would get me to my goal weight. It starts to make you feel like they’re feeding off of people’s fears or desperation to reach a goal weight. I immediately put in a request on the app, chosen reason being “It’s not what I expected”…well, surprise!…you can’t cancel on the app. I call in…can’t get a live rep so I left a voicemail. I waited 24 hours, no response. I sent an email to them saying I’d like to cancel and I can’t get a live rep and that I left a voicemail. Waited 48 hours (as they request you to do online to allow time for a response)…still no response so I’ve sent another email today. I do feel they purposefully make it difficult to cancel so your 30 days “for any reason” to cancel and get a full refund quickly goes by and then they’re stuck with getting charged. Also, their website says to not dispute the charge because it can hold up your refund because of deliberation. How convenient. Do not…I repeat…do not sign up for this program.

I have tried multiple times to cancel my G-Plans membership and cannot get it done. I have tried calling and can only leave voicemails, I have emailed with no response and I tried cancelling online only to be told that I have a Pro account and that it has to cancelled by phone. I am incredibly frustrated, I thought it would be as easy as cancelling an apple app subscription, which is why I signed up in the first place..

I have tried to cancel this plan for a week. I have called customer service three times, to only be told to leave a message. Which I have, with my email, name and phone number, twice. I have sent three emails with the request as well as a request to for written confirmation. I’ve sent a chat which has not been ‘seen’ or addressed in 30 hours.

They do not give you any option to cancel, and a recurring charge will happen each month. I literally tried to cancel 5 minutes after signing up. This company is fraudulent.

The app does not work. I tried Chat, but was not helpful. I called the support number, no representative was available, left a voicemail, my call was never returned. I wrote an email to Customer Service and never got a response. I never used the plan, went to settings to cancel membership and would not let me, said I could only cancel by phone call. Again, no reps available, left a voicemail, and no response.

I was on the website and accidently hit an option to buy $213.00 Supplement and did not have the option to back out or choose a different option and was checked out with my credit card and charged for a 30 day free trial of $39.00, I attempted to contact the customer service line for a refund by phone no return call, I have sent emails with no response.

Signed up a year ago but didn't use service. They inundate you to buy more add ons. Very unprofessional. I figured my mistake for buying it. Then a year later, they charged me another $160. I immediately asked for a refund. They won't refund the $160 renewal fee, even though I asked for the refund two days after they.charged it. They canceled my subscription for 2024!

This is a scam with zero customer service. BBB removed their accreditation and rate them an F.

This is absolutely the most frustrating experience I have had in years.

Less than 3 days ago I signed up to give this a try...I saw the "30 Day $ Back" (I always check for this) and went for it. When checking out they offered (for best results of course) a

1. "$35 Accelerator" add-on

2. $213 for 6 bottles of the supplement (for best results of course)...and so much cheaper if you buy it in bulk (again with a 30 day $ back guarantee) and

3. For $229 (instead of the $97 per month) have a "lifetime membership"...that sounds great.

Apparently there is a tiny, small, small caveat when you accept these "add-ons" (and I mean small...I always pay attention and check carefully when purchasing this kind of thing) that says if you change the membership or something it's non-refundable? What? How on earth that makes sense to anyone is beyond me. Besides being an unbelievably sneaky marketing trick.

I went (within 24 hours) to the profile and said I don't want to start until a certain date (a few weeks in the future)...I also went to download the app and it has 2 stars on the app store. I was so disheartened. It doesn't work well and the interface is horrible...not user-friendly at all. Nor is the website "customer panel" version. Not clear, not user-friendly, horribly designed.

So I immediately called (again, under 48 hours of hitting purchase) and nope, the answer was no refund. Too bad. You agreed to this. Etc.

I asked for a supervisor. I was unable to talk to her but she emailed me back after hours. Same reply. With a smiley emoji. Too bad, no refund.

When I asked for her supervisor I got offered to be downgraded to a monthly membership with a partial refund. Nope,that will not work for me.

Because by this time I have researched the company. It has horrible reviews everywhere...reddit, trustpilot, reviewopedia, (this site), and some health/lifestyle bloggers who have tried it and then blogged about it. All are in the 1-2 star range. Included in their reports are the fact that, on top of the misleading marketing, horrible customer service, and awful app/website interface, their program does not work, is not based on science, and the "Dr. Goglia" who is supposedly some fitness doctor to the stars, is actually not a doctor.

In addition, their rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is "F". I have actually never seen a company I was looking up have an "F" but they do. They clearly do not care about anything. That was more disheartening than anything else I saw.
