This program ain't worth it
This program ain't worth it. The course stuff, customer service, and talking ain't good. I tried to reach out to someone who works there a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me.

I got a call from a recruiter at Functional Nutrition Alliance, and they told me that I could get a discount as an RN if I paid a deposit of $289.00 now. They said I had until mid-June to pay the full amount if I wanted to go ahead with the program. The Success Specialists are supposed to be flexible and understanding if something comes up and I need to withdraw. I asked what would happen if I decided to withdraw, and they said I could contact them in writing and they would withdraw me from the course. They also said I would only lose my deposit if I withdrew by the full payment due date.
I never used any of the services and never logged in once. I had to withdraw because my father is very ill and I need to take care of him and help pay for his recovery. I requested to withdraw in writing, but the Success Specialist said they wouldn't stop future charges and that they were going to charge me $5000.00 for services I never used. The recruiter, Sparrow, emailed me saying that I had been released from future charges, but this isn't the case for many students. It seems like they're being deceptive and misleading people on the phone, especially when it comes to financial information.

Been in this cert program since July
Been in this cert program since July . The instructor and founder, ***, made it easy to do and understand. Her team helped a lot too. Unlike *** (review in March ), they were super responsive.
I been taking this course since November
I been taking this course since November . I like it a lot. I learn a lot. I'm a nurse and Western medicine and Functional medicine are different. I have new things to help my patients. The Intensive have lots of info. The breakout sessions let us talk in groups online. I'm happy I'm taking this course! Thanks Andrea!
