I've been waiting for a refund since January 17. I am on a fixed income and this has been burden on me. I ordered the product on September 17. I specifically said I do not want auto ship because I am allergic to alot of products. On January 17 I received the second shipment and sent it back the same day. I called to tell them to cancel because I never wanted that. I am still waiting on my refund of $179.80. They are telling me it will take 9 weeks to either get a refund or hear back from them. I am on a fixed income and this has caused tremendous unnecessary stress. My original order number is XXXXXXX-S1. I also have a claim #XXXX-XXX-XXX. I contacted my bank twice and they investigated there's nothing they can do about it.

Difficulty Getting My Money Back Back in late January : My mom received a box of 6 jars of Ancient Nutrition Collagen, that she did not order. I called to tell them my mother did not place an order and would like to return them. The rep sent us a *** return label to print out. I sent the box back to them. It was received on February 5 by Ancient Nutrition. Fast Forward to March 17 and several phone calls later (with each rep giving a different answer) my mom has yet to receive a refund to her credit card account. It's disturbing to see a business handle a simple issue like this the way they have. The 1st rep said it'll take 7 business days. The 2nd rep apologized for the delay and the request has been "put in". Give it 15 business days. Then by the 4th call and rep, I was told it typically takes up to 1-2 weeks for the return to be processed and then another 2 weeks or so for the refund to be "put in". It's been three days over the deadline and I am putting in this complaint as of now, so I have a record of what's taking place.

Company choose not to waive their standard 60 return policy, in spite of legitimate exception rationale. On November 22 my wife responded to an television advertisement regarding Dr ***'s Multi *** Protein product. During the conversation with the Sales rep, at no time was there any mention of the product contents or, in particular, something people with fish allergies should avoid. The box with 6 containers was received several days later. Unfortunately, due to medical procedures required during and after the holidays, it was not possible to attempt to use the product. About a week ago we finally opened the box and inspected one of the containers. Immediately we saw the contents included fish (haddock, cod, pollock) products, all things she is deathly allergic too. I communicated via email and then by phone to customer support manager *** explaining the issues and asking them to waive the customary 60 return period policy. They simply were unwilling to make an exception, in spite of the situation and the fact that none of the products were even opened. As someone who managed a global customer support organization for over 25 years, I realize policies likes this are not written in stone. The Dr *** Store was simply unwilling to grant the exception, even though it would have caused them no harm other than to refund the money. They would have lost no product, as they are unopened. While their products may be very good, their customer service is abysmal.

I ordered the product in SEPTEMBER and misplaced the access information for the product. They claimed that I would receive same but nothing. ***,I had ordered the Essential Oil Transformation Program last year, here's the details:Order #- 2247479-SDate: Sept. 24, 2019 Total: $97.00 name: *** I called last week, Thursday, July 9 because I cannot sign in/log in, I just need that login page and I was told that the office is already closed but someone will email my request the following day which is Friday, July 10. I asked if I needed to call that number [protected] again. I was assured that I don't need to call back but just check my email the following day and it will be there. Yet the following day, which was Friday, July 10th, when I checked my email there was no email coming from your company. My request was not emailed to me. I even checked my spam but no email from your company. I do get an email promoting your products/new products and they are sent straight to my inbox, nothing from your promotions/new products sent through email went to my spam folder. I then called this number [protected] again on Saturday, July 11 and was promised that a supervisor will email me in 24 hours, if not 48 hours. She was very busy, which she could only do in those times. I had checked my email tonight and nothing from your product company, it is now 7:00 pm PT, Tuesday, July 14. I have been promised that my request will be emailed to me and it is very disappointing that I don't have the product that I had paid for. I hate spending money and paying for nothing
