Made purchase in October 2024 where a free gift was included. Order # K25999. Purchased item received but not the promised free gift. Initially excuse was stock shortages. Numerous emails to the customer service email address have gone unanswered by the company.
I believe the free gift offer is a con designed to secure customers.
I have send numerous emails asking for the free gift necklace to be sent and majority remain unanswered.
Although the free gift value is only £19 it is the principle at point here
