I made a mistake in my order and provided wrong email address. Money has been deducted from my account however I have not received any confirmation email. I have contacted their team at least ten times by email and on FB messenger with no success! Not sure what to do! Do I have to contact my bank and see if they can withdraw the payment or should I wait and see if someone gets back to me
