I was quite disappointed and decided to file a case with DHL, who informed me that the packages were missing and that the driver should not have waived a signature. To resolve the issue, Glamood needed to file a claim with DHL. Unfortunately, Glamood refused to do so and instead fought me on PayPal by claiming that the items were delivered, which was not the case.

I must say that I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received from Glamood. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Despite knowing that DHL had paid a claim to them, they refused to refund me. I would advise anyone not to shop at Glamood as they do not seem to care about their customers.

I tried to reach out to Glamood for four months to request a full refund, but they refused to comply with my request. Eventually, they forced me to accept a store credit, which I agreed to, but they never sent me the code via email. Frustrated with the situation, I escalated the case with Paypal, but to my dismay, they also sided with the merchant.

I was informed that in order to receive a refund, I would have to return the entire shipment, which I found to be completely unreasonable given that several months had passed and I had already worn some of the items. It's not like they would accept the worn items back anyway. What's worse is that I only requested a refund for one item, but now I have to take the entire loss of ?132.

Dealing with Glamood has been a nightmare. They function like a mom and pop store, which is absolutely terrible. I have never had any issues with any other website I've shopped with, but these guys are very dishonest and are nothing but crooks. I caution anyone who is considering shopping with Glamood to beware of their practices.
