So, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough time with Watch Warehouse. I mean, I bought this watch from them and it stopped working after only two times wearing it! Can you believe that? So, I tried to get in touch with them, but they never answered my emails or phone calls. And get this, when I sent the watch back to them, I never heard back from them again! It's like they just took my money and ran. I mean, seriously, if you're thinking about doing business with Watch Warehouse, I'd think twice. They don't seem to honor their warranty and they're pretty hard to get a hold of. So, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

So, I bought a fancy watch from Watch Warehouse and it didn't come with the original certificate of authenticity. Plus, it was listed as brand new on the website but it looks like it's been refurbished or something.

I checked the serial number on trusted.com and it seems legit, but there's some dirt under the crystal and the lume isn't perfect. So, I'm thinking this watch isn't actually brand new and maybe it was serviced poorly before I got it.

I'm pretty bummed that the seller wasn't honest about the condition of the watch. I mean, I can get the cosmetic stuff fixed but it's gonna cost me.

Overall, I wouldn't say this seller is super transparent. If you're looking to buy an expensive watch, I'd go somewhere else unless they make things right with me.

I already reached out to them about these issues and if they fix it, I'll give them 5 stars again.
