Gillece Services review: False advertisement, overcharging and still not unclogged

The technician was wonderful, but the charges I do not agree with. I was to receive the clog crusher $93 deal if they unclogged and free if they didn't. Instead, They charged me almost $500 and then wanted another $12,000 to dig up the sewage line. Because the access wasn't able to be done through the drain where the overflow was happening, they said I did not qualify for the clog crusher. However, two other companies came out and were able to snake the floor drain. I feel I should qualify for the clog crusher deal at the least since the issue was not resolved.
