GiftstoIndia24x7 review: Cake Order with GiftstoIndia24x7

I ordered a cake for my loved ones to India. The cake was ordered to be delivered on 14th October at Chennai. The did not reach on time and people were waiting with no cake arrived before the birthday function for cake cutting. The customer service was not reachable for many days and says they will investigate and keep defending that the cake was delivered without acknowledging the fact that the timely delivery never happened. Their chat message started working from their side when I filed a dispute with the credit card company with a threatening chat that they will go to the cake receiver home to collect the money.
It is a bad experience, and we should band the company to do business with US customers.
