I moved to a new apartment on the 4th of July prior to moving I arranged and paid for internet service. It is now the 16th of July and I still have no service. When I had enough run around with this hap hazard outfit. it took three days to get them to understand that I would no longer being using them as my provider. Cost me $100. in data usage on my cell cause I have had no internet service that I paid for two weeks prior. And now want to deduct my refund for restocking fee
Desired outcome: I want a full refund at which I will return there already packaged equipment. I do not trust they will follow through the refund as tghey have not followed through with any else to date
