Gettransfer review: Refund

Transfer booked 5th July 2025 from Barcelona airport at 12.15.
I was promised a refund for the transfer which didn't show. At the time of writing I have been waiting 4 weeks for this refund. They keep emailing to say they are trying to speed up the process. I am beginning to wonder if they are just waiting to see if I will give up.

On 19th July I stated that I would like the refund to go into my bank account, not as a credit on account
