Sent people knocking on my door. The doors were in a frenzy. I waved the two guys away, but they did not want to leave so I could calm down the dogs. I dislike door to door sales people. I hate when they don't want to take no for an answer.

After a few initial glitches, Genesis Power Solutions and Briak team really came through. The installation was smooth, the trees have been cut back, and the electrical panels are upgraded beautifully. And everything has been explained to me extremely clearly. I am excited about finally having clean energy.

I was pleased starting my solar project with a wonderful team from Genesis Power Solutions, as my analyst was so helpful. I was specifically happy with them taking the time to walk me through the process. They even have an ambassador named [Name] who did a follow up visit. He took a drone video of the installation site for a before and after video.

Genesis Power Solutions did an outstanding presentation. There was no pressure. They explained the benefits of the hybrid system solar/traditional power system. They took the time to go over our current usage and were able to give us very specific outcome expectations. The follow up from Genesis Power Solutions was equally as impressive. They came to our home and made sure we understood the process and were comfortable with everything.

Salesperson came to the door during the middle of my workday, dropping my neighbors names. Even after I repeatedly asked him to tell me what he was here for, he would not get to the point, kept asking me what kind of SRP plan I have. Wouldnt answer my question about What Genesis does, just kept with his script. Finally he asked me if he had caught me in the middle of work and I said yes. Then he actually continued on with his script. Finally had to just dismiss him. My fault for even answering the door.

Salesman came to my door last week and stood there staring at his phone even after I asked him what he wanted. After about a minute he started asking questions about my electric plan but wouldn't answer my questions. Told him I wasn't interested and he said he would come back later. The same guy came back today and stood there staring at his phone. Again I asked what he wanted. After staring at his phone a while longer he asked if my other half was home. I told him that I had already told him we weren't interested and he seemed reluctant to leave so I told him that I would call the police if he came back.

This has been a great experience working with Genesis Power Solution throughout the cycle starting from initial demo until installation and post installation review. In every step both the sales team and technicians from Genesis Power Solution guided with all required information and helped with all coordination with all stakeholders involved in Solar installation in our house. Anytime if you feel you are lack of some information or clarification, the sales team was always available to provide answers during normal hours, and even off hours sometimes during the evening. Their guidance has helped me to take an optimized system and until now Solar power is getting generated more than expectation and energy bills/dollars are getting saved. I really recommend Genesis Power Solution to work with, which will be of great satisfaction for customers.
