General Motors review: Refused warranty work

I bought a 2020 gmc terrain used. I am very happy with it. A short time ago the backup camera became foggy. I tried cleaning it. No help. The car is still under warranty. I called Walker Motors, a gmc dealer but not where I purchased it Just a matter of milage difference for warranty work. I gave my vin number and they told me it showed the vehicle was made in Canada and would not work on it. This is just not right! What can be done about this?

Desired outcome: I would like them to honor my warranty and replace the camera if needed.
