Polyclinic - Complaint
I have paid Polyclinic $188.12 as of April 28, 2022 yet they keep saying I owe them the money. I contacted my bank and my bank faxed Polyclinic the information showing I had already paid the $188.12. It does not seem to make a difference. This has been going on since May and my bank has contacted them and faxed them the information showing it's been paid. It makes no difference, I still get a bill every month!

Bought srh variety but received iraqi variety, which is a cheaper variety requested for photo and to mark plant on the day of order, seller replied ok but did not sent photo and marked plant, request for full refund as I have no expertise of repacking to return to seller as fig plants are very sensitive. Shopee rejected my request for full refund.
