I received a bill stating that I owe $196.85 for a U-Haul Overtime whatever that is. I have not rented a U-Haul in years and when I did they have always been turned in on time. I paid with a credit card up front and that card was on file. If I had went over any allotted time that card would have been billed years ago.

I do not owe any money to U-Haul or any other debt collection. I have been a victim of identity theft and many accounts have been opened or tried to be opened in my name.

Claimed loss: Undo stress and aggravation trying to clear a debt that does not belong to me. Wasting time researching this matter, phone calls and emails.

Desired outcome: Remove this debt from my name.
