the date I ordered the products is 10-13-2025 I ordered 4 bags of organic Brazil nuts.
this order I never received I left several messages and phone calls to this number on their site 1-323-739-8483 I got no response from either contact.
the tracking number shown on the site once I logon this tracking does not work also other customers have posted this message to inform customers as well.

Desired outcome: to give me an updated shipping status if my order been shipped also to make sure the tracking number works.

thanks, at least I appreciated if you would have contact me back either by email are phone because I left several messages by email and by phone as mentioned no response from customer service.
please make sure that you inform me before my credit card is charged when are if the item comes back in stock.
also please make sure that the tracking number work as well.

thanks, as mentioned I did try several attempts to contact customer service my email and by phone, I got no response from either. also, when are if the items return back to stock make sure that someone contact me before charging my credit card are before the order ships out, I would like to be updated on the status of the order.
