I earned $210.20 profit from actual customer orders on my GearLaunch store (printmytusa.shop). After the store was closed, my earnings have been left in “request” status and have never been paid out.
I have contacted GearLaunch support multiple times, but they have failed to release my funds or provide a clear explanation. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also raises serious ethical and legal concerns.
Withholding money from sellers after customers have already paid is unacceptable. This practice damages trust and puts sellers at financial risk.
If GearLaunch does not take immediate action to resolve this and release my rightful funds, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by filing reports with the FTC, BBC, and U.S. government authorities.
Sellers deserve transparency and timely payouts. I strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with this company.
