GDex / GD Express review: no receive any sorry card and my parcel

Undelivered due to sorry card. Means? My tracking number CNMYG0021090344. But there is no card. Kindly delivery my parcel for me.
I never receive call or any about sorry card... i got stay at my office full day, and our office got many working guest, their inform never see your guest coming . so please delivery back parcel for me! and why did call me ?
