At Home review: Customer service issue

When you have any questions about an online order you received and you can’t find an 800 customer service phone number, it’s so frustrating! They want you to submit something online instead of providing a customer service phone number. There are so many retailers to choose from and if you cannot contact customer service easily then you won’t get any more of my money. Do better, At Home!
