On 12/21/2018 at 5:15pm PST I went to purchase for my son the 12 month playstation subscription. Purchase price was $59.99 I handed the girl a $100.00 she then took the bill and stored it in the bottom safe (I am assuming) she then comes back and states I still owed $9.99 she stated I gave her a $50 from there on the rudeness and disrespect from both her and her manager was very disappointing. Manager there was Danny he stated I would have to leave and once they close which was 11:00 pm pst and all the registers & safe where counted and if the register was over I would get a call tomorrow. I've purchased several items from Gamestop for both my children & I have never once been treated the way I was on that particular day. I called the customer service line to complain the very same day waited an hour and a half for someone to answer & on top of that I was also at the store for an hour and a half. I still waiting for someone to call me back...
