G. A. Checkpoint Yamaha

Service was bad. No stars. I called to book bike service. Told them bike year, make, model, and three things I needed done. They said to bring it over, they were busy but would fit it in. Three weeks later, they said it was ready. I went to their shop and they gave me a bill for a 1/2 hr inspection. They recommended some work and the original issues were on the list. I complained that I knew these issues and brought it in to get those items done. After some back and forth, they said they did not work on bikes as old as mine ? Then why did I leave it there for three weeks? I had to pay the service charge to get the bike back. I complained to both branches and never got a reply.

I bought a new boat and trailer from G. A. Checkpoint Yamaha in May . But I didn't get the trailer title until 2022. And guess what? The title wasn't signed by the dealer like it should have been. So, I sent it back to them in September 2022. But I still haven't received a properly signed title. I've been emailing Nadine, the salesperson, a bunch of times asking for my title. But she keeps giving me excuses about why it's not signed and returned to me yet. It's been over a year and a half since I bought it, and I still can't legally use my trailer. I want either the title in the next few days or my money back for the trailer.
