I ordered two sets of lenses one for a set of Flak frames on 09/27, the other for a Sliver frame also ordered on 09/27, neither one of them even came close to fitting, what is the process for either getting them replaced, or refunded? shipment was quick I received the order on 10/02, but neither one of the sets will come close to fitting the frames.
Desired outcome: correct lenses for both sets of frames, or refund of cost. I can supply any additional information needed if necessary.
