Fundo review: “Fundo LLC filed false UCC lien – destroyed my reputation and business”

🚨 Be extremely cautious with Fundo LLC.
They filed a UCC lien against my company, BC Electronics Inc., and even my personal name — without valid consent, agreement, or legal documentation. I was not notified, and I never authorized such action.

Their actions have harmed my personal and business reputation. I lost clients and close relationships due to the false claims and pressure they applied. I tried to contact them multiple times to settle the matter, even offering a payment plan — they never responded.

I’ve filed official complaints to federal and state authorities and will continue pursuing legal action to protect my rights and warn others. I do not recommend doing business with this company under any circumstance.
