On 9/3 Syncarpha took $359.92 out of our bank account. Our electric *** was only $228.31 On 8/6 they took $411.65 out of our account and our *** was $239.09 On 7/14 they took $317.59 out of our account. The *** was $144.87 On 6/4 they took $252.13 out of our account and the *** was $$175.54 This is so wrong. Theyre stealing money from people. I just noticed this within the last month due to being busy with another job

I asked to end my contract with the company back in July and cancel my service with them. They approved this via email and stated my last *** would be August. I was billed in September, I contacted them on September 13th to inform them I had sold the house and was closing on October 13th. I was then billed again in October and reached back out to them via email requesting they call me to discuses. They emailed back and said that would be last ***. November 10th they took $256.97 from my bank account for a property I have not lived at for a month. I have emailed them again requesting that someone call me to resolve. In the meantime I have reached out to my bank to see if I can block them from withdrawing.

My property at *** signed up solar electricity from Syncarpha Solar a while ago. I was told I can cancel the service any time when I signed up. In 2019 I informed the sales person that I am going to sell this property soon, and would like to cancel the service as soon as possible. However my service never had been canceled. My bank was continuously charged monthly even after my house had been sold and my National Grid electric account was closed in May . They withdrew money from my bank account for 4 months until I called my bank to stop Syncarpha Solar access my account directly. I contacted this company several times by email and phone without any response. How can they continue to charge me even after my National Grid account has been closed? How do they determine the amount of electricity I used? I suspect the amount I paid previously is also over charged. They have to refund the money back to me.

ON THE MORNING OF JULY 8 I NOTICED A DEBIT CHARGE OF $23.82 TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT BY SYNCARPHA CAPITAL. I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THEM AND DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE DEBIT CHARGE. APPROXIMATELY THREE YEARS AGO I RESPONDED TO A MAILING FROM CRI-ENERGY FOR A FREE HOME ENERGY AUDIT. DURING THEIR VISIT THEY PROVIDED ME WITH WEATHERSTRIPPING AND BULBS. THE BACK OF THEIR BUSINESS CARD READ, NATIONAL GRID. THEY DETERMINED THAT I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH SUN LIGHT TO QUALIFY FOR SOLAR PANELS BUT WAS I AWARE OF COMMUNITY SOLAR. THEY PROVIDED INFORMATION AND I WAS UNDER NO OBLIGATION, COULD CANCEL ANYTIME. WELL THAT WAS BACK IN 2018 AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE AGAIN ABOUT COMMUNITY SOLAR. FAST FORWARD TO JULY 8 THERE IS A DEBIT TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FROM SYNCARPHA CAPITAL. I NOTIFIED MY BANK THAT I DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE COMPANY AND I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THEM AT BUT COULD NOT REACH THEM.
