Hi, So the first time I heard of this company was during the random raffle pull of Borrowers who pretend a 580/600 credit score is horrible. I was supposed to be pre approved or so i was told. I was well above the fiancial aspect even tho I had just been at my new employment for about 6 months or so it was a union spot so I figured it was secure. Nope...

I have a jeep Cherokee and I have signed up for bi-weekly payment I set this up several time because this company keep knocking it out well when they don't take it out it make my payment late and then they call me threatening me or saying jeep note is behind and effecting my credit and when I call them explaing I have it set up they tell me I haven't or I stop the service when I haven't and when I ask for higher management they are very rude and disrespectful or they will leave me on hold for at least an hour and then they hang up this company is horrible as far as business I would like you to investigate how they handle business and their customer

On August 16 i, ***, entered a consumer credit transaction to purchase a vehicle. I paid on this vehicle up until recently I started learning my federal rights. I took a look at the contract and found several of violations under the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act , and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The first violation was 15 USC 1605, Credito Real USA stated that I had to put cash down on a finance charge which was a violation of the truth in lending act. They also did not disclose that they were suppose to include insurance. The 2nd violation was 15 U.S.C 1635. They DID NOT disclose that I had a right to rescind the transaction nor did they provide appropriate forms for me to exercise my right to rescind. Also as stated in the Truth in Lending Act they must give a clear and conspicuosly disclosure. They were using false and misleading language as if they had loaned me credit when in fact I was the original creditor to begin with.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
