AliExpress allowed a seller to take my money and then cancel my order, claiming a pricing mistake — and they’ve done absolutely nothing about it for over a month.
I ordered and paid for a mattress. The seller refused to ship it and told me to reorder at a higher price. I contacted AliExpress support many times through chat and social media. They keep giving me the same answer: "wait for an email" — but no email ever arrives. Now the seller has even blocked me from viewing their store.
AliExpress support refuses to take action, refuses to apply a coupon, and refuses to escalate the case. This is not how a global platform should treat its customers.
I’ve now filed an official complaint and will make sure this case is shared widely so others don’t fall victim to the same scam.
