Initial claim was made Last year November 2024 for slab leak intentionally delayed claim caused mold to grow throughout my home the slab leak just been by licensing contractor I was only sent out a $2294.00 check the contractor gave his formal estimate for 3500.00 the balance of $1205 owed to contractor has never been paid due to intentional delayed claim black mold has grown throughout my home causing my health preexisting health conditions to worsen where I have been hospitalized numerous times this year 2025 rash on my leg and now on home and car oxygen and bi-pap machine
