Freedom Mortgage review: About my escrow refund

Hello my name is beverly thomas. About a little while before thanksgiving 2025. Im recived a escrow refund cneck in the amount) f $2421.15 however because it had myself and deceased husbands name on it. My bank would not let me deposit it, even thogh I showed them his death certificate. So I had to send it back to freedom mortage. Explaing what the issue was. I sent his death certificate, and they returned to me as I requested them to do. I have called customer service at the number they have for contacting them. I was told the refund takes about thirty days. And it has to be directly deposited in my bank account. Well at first I was told the 23rd. Of december, then the 24th. Now its the 26th. I was assured that they were proccesing as we spoke. I might add they have messed up with my routing number my account number and my e-mail. I amreally sick of getting the run around. My loan was paid off. And I have money due me from escrow. I do not want to have to hire a lawyer. Thank you god bless and happy new year.
