They submitted my name and information to the credit bureau that I was late on one payment. When I spoke to the Freedom Mortgage representative they admitted that I have never been late in any payments. But it is not their job to remove you from any negative reviews. I have argued with them and they refuse to fix the issue. Asked to speak to a manager in charge and was told they are protected and you are not allowed to speak to anyone but the person you are speaking to. Poor customer service.

Desired outcome: I wonder how many people go thru that headache and the company does not care. Freedom Mortgage are the ones that submitted the report.
