Have and always will use and recommend All Dry USA to all my friends and family. They are the absolute best at what they do and wouldn't consider anything less.

Excellent worker Oshane was! He came to give me a quote on my kitchen cabinets and had them installed the next day! Very efficient and timely worker. Would definitely recommend him to any family or friend.

Nicole and Caleb have really helped our business out, when customers call asking for referrals for water damage, mold, or sewage, clean-up we always tell them to call All Dry. We know our customers will be taken care of.

Ritz Carlton-like service combined with the industry's most knowledgeable contractors gets 5 stars from me. They even cleaned my lawn from sawdust cutting they did outside. Quality and service I received is hard to find in South Florida. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again for my next job.

Spoke with Nicole in marketing, had an emergency at 2 in the morning and she answered her personal phone to assist me. All Dry USA is a company full of integrity and customer service. They are up front and transparent and clearly always available. I will definitely be contacting them for future needs.

As a contractor I look for other contractors that can take great care of our customers during their time of need. Richard H. of All Dry USA is that guy. Fast response, good follow through and great clean up after work completed. If you're looking for a company that can do it all without any excuses All Dry USA should be your go to.

As with most companies today we were hit terribly with a COVID positive outbreak amongst our workers. I called Shane from ALL DRY USA, within minutes he had assured me the service they provide would get us back up and running, it was an emergency and Shane had us scheduled for a full service clean and disinfection within 24 hours. The Technicians Jeff, Kevin and JT really knew what they were doing and the office has never been cleaner, their technology for COVID is nothing short of AMAZING and worth every penny. PRS highly recommends ALL DRY USA.

I had the best experience with All Dry. From the phone call to the workers everything was great. Within Hours I had someone at my home to do an inspection. With the inspection the worker (Oshane) showed me exactly where it's leaking and what happened and how it would be fixed. He educated which usually other companies just show me the leak and say it needs to be fixed. I decided to move forward with the company and Oshane was the person who came back and did the work. His work was very clean and detailed. He works fast and is very precise. He is a very hard worker.

A strong hail and wind storm came through Katy in mid April and had caused a roof leak that caused damage to my attic and down to the ceilings. I had read and heard great things about All Dry USA and decided to give them a shot! Robert R. and his crew were Johnny on the Spot! They came out right way and found lots of moisture and worked with insurance to cut out my sheetrock & drywall and put equipment to dry up moisture. They did a fantastic job and worked super quick and cleaned up their mess. His contractor Luis is going to paint everything and make everything look even better than before. I HIGHLY recommend All Dry USA and especially Robert R. and his crew. He dealt directly with the insurance and did not charge me personally a penny! You will not go wrong with All Dry USA!

Mark was so helpful in finding the source of our leak and mold. He helped every step of the way with the insurance process. There were a lot of headaches with insurance but Mark stood by every step of the way. Once we got the OK to start work, All Dry was very clean and communicated with me each day of the job. We had to live in a hotel for a month while repairs were being done and Mark gave me updates daily. We moved back in days before quarantine began and were thankful to Mark and carpenter *** for making sure we could return to a safe, clean, completed home. We have heard horror stories from other friends who uses other companies. All Dry was extremely professional. Mark was also very patient with me throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. We would work with All Dry again in the future and recommend them highly! Thank you to Mark, Richie and all who had a role in our repair!

NEVER call this company. I had a water faucet leaking into the house. Called Alldry and a guy names *** came out. Told me to sign the contract so they can get a plumber to fix the leaking pipe. Signed unfortunately! There were seven items on the scope of work. They only did two and not very well. They left on a Friday afternoon with just two items addressed. They never put up a containment wall. Took a few feet of drywall out and left. Never sent a plumber so it was continuing to leak all weekend. I waited all day Monday thinking they're coming back to finish the job. They never came back. Because they were dealing with mold without a containment wall they compromised my entire house. One of the items in their scope of work was to remove the wet hardwood floors. They never touched the floors. After losing confidence with Alldry, I called another company who came out, put up a containment wall and pulled up the floor. Ironically while the second company was here removing the floor, Alldry calls for their $3,500 payment. I wanted to work with the company and pay them half, at least pay for the drywall but they said no, full payment. Although, they were willing to deduct $25 for not putting up the containment wall. These people are SNAKES!

This company should be avoided at all costs. We had a kitchen flood on February 6. I hired Alldry USA on February 7 to begin remediation. They sent me 2 pages and told me to sign on page 1 so they could begin remediation.
On page 2 they asked me to initial acknowledging the we are choosing them to complete repairs and will at a later date sign the complete construction contract.
The remediation took 4 days and they said we are ready to start reconstruction but I asked them to do a mold test to insure it was mold free. They did and it failed the test. I started to doubt the honesty of Alldry.They asked me a number of times to sign a construction contract. I told them I would not do that until they sent me and the insurance company a detailed contract with pricing. They then began asked me to provide a copy of my insurance policy to which I replied NO that is none of your business and I feel that is unethical. The contract was not completed until March 4. The price was $27,346.95. In reviewing it I thought it seemed excessive and asked my insurance company to review it. The response from them was that it was very high and questionable. I advised Alldry that I was not going to sign until I got some other quotes. I got 2 and they were well under the Alldry bid. I called Alldry and told them I was going with another company for the remodel. I told them my insurance company would pay them directly for the work done to date if they provided an invoice. The insurance company paid them $7,946.78 and that was after the insurance company had successfully disputed a number of questionable charges.
The new company had to complete the remediation and did get a good mold test and began the reconstruction.
On April 20 I received an email from Alldry stating that the email serves as "official 10-day notice for remittance of payment" due to cancelation of the reconstruction services and is due in 10 days.
I responded No I was not paying because I never signed the reconstruction contract. On July 7 I received an email from a collection company demanding over $3,345.98. I emailed them and advised that I disputed the claim and and provided the reasons.

Paid for services with my credit card and now there's been a cancellation and no credit.

It seems like AllDry USA has taken off with my *** refund that I should have received. They deleted and canceled my transaction - Order: XXXXXX, but they haven't given me back all of my money.

Alldry is chargin me more money for lumber cuz the prices have gone up since 2018 *** in which the claim is for. They still arent done. They didnt tell me thay im payin more. The over hang aint done right I was told by the inspector and another alldry worker. My deck wasnt replaced per insurance it is smaller and I was told I would have to *** more for lumber and labor to make it the same size. There is mold growin in my den and the floor in one of my bedrooms is weak per the inspector. There are squares gettin my house cuz they left whole. They are eatin through the drywall. I dont think they should be chargin all this money for materials in 2021 when they should have bought all need when the claim was open in 2019. Maybe they should have done the job in a timely matter to keep prices low and not charge me for there errows.

On July 7, we had a plumbing problem. Water leaked into our garage ceiling because of a blockage in the sewer line on the second floor. When we drained the bathtub that evening, the water backed up and caused the sewer line to leak in the garage ceiling. Luckily, the damage was minimal and there was no mold or visible contaminants. However, we had some issues with their billing invoice. They charged us for services they didn't actually do, as it was the plumber on-site who performed those tasks. They argued that since our insurance paid us, they should get all the money, even though we asked for proof that they actually did the services they billed us for.

AllDry was hired after Hurricane Flo in 2018 to fix our North Carolina home. The insurance company sent all the checks, and the first insurance check was sent to the homeowner as well. We were paid in full by our homeowner's insurance. However, they added fake repairs to the bill and charged us for things that were not actually done. We started to get upset when we questioned them about it. They were paid and repaid for repairs, some of which they didn't even do or caused the need for. They left the job unfinished and the work they did was of poor quality and unsafe.

They completely ignored all our attempts to get them to finish the job. AllDry was upset after they had to issue us a check to replace items that were damaged or stolen by their staff. They ruined the contents of our home by not properly packing them. They only paid us for some of the admitted damage and refused to have any contact with us. They completely abandoned the job site. The last bill we received was for $5K to fix the roof, which was their fault for not repairing it properly. The insurance company paid the final $5K bill.

They lied about not going after the homeowner and now they are using false advertising in an attempt to create and collect a false debt. We have more photos and documents to prove our statement.

After Hurricane Micheal in 2018, I contacted All Dry USA for repairs to my property. The immediate need was for a new roof, but they insisted there was moisture within the walls (in Florida, who'd guess?) and cut away wood paneling and drywall, then disappeared for months with no contact or project plan, leaving the home I insulated for the winter and summer. The roof was replaced and some of the exterior was poorly replaced with gaps and dents. Some of the interior walls were replaced but without insulation. So the home has astronomical utility costs. Then COVID came, and I heard nothing until I finally reached out in June 21 (almost 3 years later) to have them finish what they started and fix what wasn't done to code. They've been fully paid based by my insurance company (about 45K) and now want another 54K to finish their own poor workmanship. They will not return calls or keep me updated on why they're not willing to finish the job they were paid for on an agreed price.

After hurricane *** devastated the *** area, my home had water and wind damage. AllDry *** was doing remediation work in a nearby home, so I asked them to check my home for the two downed ceilings and water damage. A project manager named *** came a few days later and used Flir infrared to inspect the entire house. He said AllDry *** could remove the water damaged areas and also noted roof damage that needed to be fixed to prevent further water damage. I agreed, but emphasized that I only wanted them to do that. He had a contract for me to sign so they could proceed with the work.

A few days later, AllDry *** arrived with a crew of 5 or 6 workers and removed everything that needed to be taken out in about 8 hours. Then another crew came with 3 dehumidifiers and 7 or 8 fans, which ran continuously for three days before being removed. Days later, a worker came by with a meter to check for mold, which he said wasn't present, and left after only 3 or 4 minutes.

Fast forward to yesterday, I received a letter in the mail stating the following: STEP 1: AS per our agreement, you will contact our office when you receive your insurance payment. Step 2: Submit payment to our office within 48 hours to settle open invoices. They also included a warning that if I fail to ensure payment, there may be a lien against my property and I might end up paying twice. To avoid this, I must obtain a written release from *** every time I pay the contractor.

The project manager, ***, never mentioned any of this, and his main selling point was that they would handle payment directly with the insurance company, so I wouldn't have to be involved.
