I contacted their service department early this week in 8/15 and waited on hold for about 30 minutes so I left a message for a call back. After not receiving a call back by the next day I called back and waited until a person picked up. I spoke to a young lady and explained to her I needed a service call to address a bees nest on my property. The rep put me on hold and eventually came back advising she was not able to “find” an appointment and that a manager would have to call me back.. then hung up. It has been two days since that atrocious customer service experience and I have yet to hear back from them. I left two more messages with no luck for a call back. I finally left a message that I was removing my payment method from my Fox account and that I would not be paying any additional monthly fees or a $250 cancellation fee. The contract clearly states that they guarantee services available to their subscribers in between their quarterly property treatments. The fact that they have not delivered on that promise to deliver that part of the contract, they are in fact in breach, which is why I am not obligated to pay any early cancellation fee. Contracts work both ways and failure to provide a service that is on the contract voids any cancellation fees that may try to be collected. I am not interested in the company trying to make any amends at this point. They voided the contract and I do not plan on going through this every time I need to schedule a service with them. I left a voice mail with the company indicating my cancellation and everything I stated above. I also sent an email to the company informing them of my experience and cancellation of my policy. The only thing I would like to receive from this company if a statement that my account is closed and my balance is $0.00. Anything other than that then I have no problem going to small claims court over this issue. I have plenty of time to do this and would love to hear their defense after I show the exact time of day I spoke to their rep and the dates and times I left messages, along with all my other posts; here, Yelp, and direct emails.

Desired outcome: I want confirmation my account will be closed with a zero balance due
