Mine was a carpenter ant problem. Timing of original assessment to actual work complete was really prompt. Everyone from the front desk to the guys coming out to do the job were really helpful. I am still in the first three weeks after the job, and things are starting to really look good. But more importantly, I know I can call and discuss any problems. The service includes a treatment next spring.

Westside Pest Control was employed to eliminate a wasps' nest from inside the walls and ceiling of a basement stairwell. They clearly explained the procedure and the possibility of necessary followup. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. There were no returning wasps, and no followup visit was needed. The service was exactly as described in the initial phone call and at the price quoted. An excellent service.

I highly recommend Westside Pest Control. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable in assessing and dealing with the squirrel problem. They made a point of contacting us before they arrived and notified us if they were going to be late. Egor was very helpful and extremely friendly. I especially appreciated how he took time to explain the problem clearly and then offered several suggestions of how to fix the problem. It was a pleasure working with him.

May 12th, 2022 We have been using Westside Pest Control for the past five years regarding a pavement ant problem both interior and exterior. Within a month or so, Westside returned at no charge to us to eliminate any stragglers. Over the years, the ant problem became less every Spring until this year it wasn't necessary to have them return for a second spray. At all times, even with different technicians, they were always prompt, courteous, and efficient, and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended. Westside Pest Control.

We had a large wasp nest (about the size of a football) hanging from the eaves on the second storey of our house about 20 feet from the ground. The technician arrived promptly. He was very courteous and friendly. He got up the ladder, sprayed the nest, encapsulated it in a bag, removed it and took it away. He applied insecticide at the site of the nest to deter the wasps from returning to build a new nest. That was 10 days ago and the wasps have not returned. Thanks for an excellent job! Great work!

We were very impressed with the level of commitment shown by the company. On July 5th we asked the company to remove a wasp nest from one of our magnolia trees, which they did. (The technician was very polite and competent). Two weeks later another nest appeared in the same spot. On calling Westside Pest Control they assured me they would remove that nest the next day without charge as that additional removal was covered under the guarantee given to me on July 5th. These are good people to do business with

We employed Westside Pest Control for the removal of unexposed hence invisible wasps' nest inside the house corner soffit above the balcony. The technician arrived on time, was polite, worked efficiently and took relatively short time to complete the task. We were told that the complete removal of the wasps may take up to 2-3 days. Indeed we found a few more dead wasps on the balcony floor below the old nest and none were flying around it. I assume that this is the end of them here. In our opinion this company is effective, efficient, and worthy of recommendation.

Started noticing the odd silverfish in our house and thought to deal with this pest before it got out of control. I called Westside Pest Control not knowing who they were - just went by the great reviews. So, glad I did. The office staff is very professional and accommodating. They had us booked in very quickly. Our technician, Thomas, was so great to deal with. He arrived on time; was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did everything we asked and more. It's been a couple of weeks and haven't seen one silverfish since. So, glad I called these guys! Thanks so much!

Today was the 2nd time I had Westside Pest Control in my place. I have been dealing with recurring silverfish in my condo suite. It's an older wood frame building with moisture issues. The effects of the first treatment lasted a while, however I began to notice some dead ones in my bathroom and kitchen after using at home methods and then when two live ones somehow got into my bedroom, I called Westside to come back again. I had Jordan here and he was very helpful and so are the office staff. Westside Pest Control is definitely a great company who are extremely knowledgeable and care about their clients and their well-being. I will call Westside Pest Control in the future, if needed. We recently had Westside Pest Control remove a wasps' nest from a difficult to reach eave under the roof of our house. They did so promptly and efficiently and then inspected our property for other wasp nests, but found none. This is the second time we used their services. Two years ago, we had a skunk problem. They came and found the spot where a skunk had taken up residence on our property (a crevice in some boulders) and sealed it off. After inspecting the property, they sealed off two other possible spots, so the skunk couldn't find somewhere else to sleep. Westside Pest Control also gave us a one-year skunk-free warranty. That was two years ago and we are still skunk free. We also like that they solved the problem without hurting the animal.

We've had perpetual issues with carpenter ants for years and have engaged several different companies trying to get rid of them. All have simply sprayed the perimeter with permethrin, which while a good short term solution isn't effective long term. Westside were the first company that came and did a proper assessment of the situation. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the operative and the thoroughness of the inspection. The quote was not cheap but was for work far in excess of anything previously offered by the competition. When the team arrived to perform the work they were courteous and professional. The work was extremely thorough including the crawlspace, soffits and each and every wall stud - upstairs and down. Thoroughly recommend them.

I called WESTSIDE PEST CONTROL to deal with an unexposed wasp nest located inside the soffit overhanging my front deck, after trying unsuccessfully myself to rid the wasps by applying (4-times over a week) a wasp-killing aerosol spray and foam at the crevice used as entrance/exit by the wasps. Both the foam and the spray did not have sufficient power for deep penetration of the interior of the soffit by the insecticide. I contacted WESTSIDE initially at their website by email, to which they responded by email with a description of the unexposed nest treatment, recommended precautions (e.g. keeping front windows closed during treatment and for ~2 hours afterwards), and a quote. When I accepted the quote, they followed up with a phone call the next day to schedule an appointment. The appointment was preceded by an email reminder the preceding day, and a call by the technician providing a time estimate for his arrival. It was apparent by chatting with the technician that he is very knowledgeable about wasp behaviour and lifecycle. He explained what he was going to do, and what to expect afterwards. After donning protective headgear and bodysuit, he proceeded to drill 2 pairs of holes in two places in the soffit through which he applied the insecticide with a mechanized pump. The wasps are killed on contact with the insecticidal aerosol. This ensured good permeation of the insecticide in the large hollow space behind the soffit, which I was not able to obtain with a hand-pumped aerosol directed at only the crevice. During treatment, some wasps emerged dying from the crevice. After treatment, the technician sealed all the holes and the crevice with a silicone sealant. The entire treatment was completed in the morning within 20 minutes. As described by the technician, some wasps which were out foraging while their nest was being treated, returned but found no entry; without a nest to return to, these few wasps died off after a few days. I was impressed by WESTSIDE Pest Control for their knowledge of the wasps, the promptness of service, and professionalism of their team. Well done! I would not hesitate to use them again, and highly recommend them.
