Called today 6/28/2023 at 9:06am ETD. I explained to the agent on the phone that I am continuing to see different bugs and spiders, not just outside of my home, but within my home. I asked for an emergency service, as in the last few days alone, there have been over (15) sightings and killings of these bugs (palmetto bugs and house spiders). The agent informed me that the earliest they could have someone come and service my home would be the 6th of July. I explained that waiting (8) days for a potential infestation within my home is just too long. I was told that they did not have the staffing power or capability to service my home any sooner. I explained to them that I would likely try and go through Terminix in the meantime, because they are able to have someone out today or tomorrow, the latest... I was told I can do that if I want to, but it would be a violation of my contract and I would be forced to pay any balances owed and a $250 cancellation fee.

I then asked about the information on the website, which indicates if you call before 2pm, they will provide a same day service. I was informed that option is only for potential NEW customers and not for current customers. This baffled me because I'm an existing, paying customer, but I do not receive the same treatment as potential new business (This was told to me verbatim).

I then asked if I could speak to a manager or a member for the legal team for that matter, because I believe an infestation in my home is an emergency, but the agent told me that it was in fact not an emergency. Essentially telling me that the safety of my children and newborn baby with these types of bugs in the home is not an emergency. The agent then proceeds to tell me that a manager can call me back, but they don't know when they will be able to call me back. I was told it may be today, it may be tomorrow, it may be later in the week, or next week.

I then asked if a manager was on site that I could speak to. I was informed that there was, so I asked to be placed on hold until the manager was available to speak. After waiting on hold for approximately 8 minutes, the agent returned and stated that the manager should be calling me back today. I asked for reassurance that I would be receiving a phone call back today, being that I was jus told that they man not get back to me until next week. The agent stated "Well they should be calling you today". I mentioned that should implies that they may not call me, and if that were the case, I'd rather hold and wait until the manager was available to speak to me. The agent sighed and stated "Ok. You have a great day" and hung up the phone on me.

This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced from a company that as a homeowner, especially with small children and an infant, you're supposed to trust.

I wish I never signed a contract with them because of the utter disrespect that I received, as well as a lack of concern for services that I am paying for, and now I am stuck with this infestation in my home and afraid to have anyone else look at it because if I do, its a violation of my contract and I'll be forced to pay additional fees.

I just want my home infestation free, but I am unable to receive service because I am not a potential NEW customer.

I highly recommend that anyone looking for pest services uses another company, because this company only concerns themselves with lining their pockets and not truly taking care of their customers.

Desired outcome: I would love to cancel my services with this company and not be charged a termination fee because being told the health and wellness of my children is not considered an emergency and that it can wait 8 days.
